Referral code vs promo code at Housebets
They are two different fields. A referral code links your account to the player or partner who referred you. A promo code unlocks a specific campaign when one is running.

Typing a referral code in the promo field does nothing, which is the most common reason a code "does not work".
How to check you used the right field
As soon as a valid referral code is in the second field, a green "Sponsored by" line appears under it. No green line means the code is in the wrong field or has an extra space. Fix it before you click Continue: Housebets does not let you add or change a referral code once the account exists.
Can you fill both fields?
